What to expect in a first session:

A 30-45 minute consultation with Dr. Sehl in which we will discuss what brings you to consider psychotherapy, how frequently you feel you'd like to come in, and a preliminary treatment plan.

It may be that you don't know what brings you to therapy, just something in the back of your mind, we'll figure it out together.

strength or a weakness?
